I have created two users in Lync Server 2010 at different times, we are also using Skype for Business. When I created the 2nd user and used the same DID, I did not get a message that it was a duplicate. Now when I type the number, both names show up on
Skype. I have already deleted the 2nd user from Exhange, Lync, Active Directory but the user name still appears on Skype for Bus. I tried giving a new number to the 2nd user but it still come up with the duplicate. We have waited to see if
it was a synching issue but no success. I need to issue a new number to the 2nd user but in Skype it still shows up as the 1st user's.
