We have two groups of users who use Lync 2010
Group A, who has both an exchange account and a Lync account
Group B, who only has a Lync account
Group A, can find anyone in Group A, but not in Group B, they have to enter in the full email address of that user
Group B cannot find anyone, and have to enter in the full email address of any user
Without giving Group B exchange accounts, where can i even start to troubleshoot this, or perhaps generate a work-around?
