We are running OCS Server 2007 Enterprise edition in our organization. For last few weeks we are experiencing an issue of clients downloading full address book every day and choking network bandwidth. To diagnose it more, we looked into the shared folder where OCS generates the address book files. We observed that for past few weeks, OCS is skipping lsabs files. Below is teh latest details of sequence the server has generated.

However still not able to identify the exact cause why the lsabs files are missing, or if it's a general behavior. So what is forcing the users to download full address book each day and choking network bandwidth..
