Hello Everyone,
My management came up with this weird idea to me a few days ago. I am still searching and searching and I don't think this is doable but I just want to get your opinions maybe one of you did this before.
We have 3 different companies which are included in our GAL on Exchange. My manager wants to have 3 different groups for each company while he is seaching a contact on his Lync client. Let's say that we have Company A, B and C so before he searches a contact,
he wants to choose let's say Company A and then search a contact from there.
Or another option is that if we can make a group just as we have in an Outlook client. If I open my Outlook addressbook, I see these;
All Contacts
All Global Address Lists
All Users etc.
I don't know if it is possible to group lists just like this on a Lync client or telephone.
By the way we user Lync Server 2010, Exchange Server 2010 and HP 4120 IP Phones.
Thanks in advanced.
Regards..
DP.
